Running/exercising while pregnant... can anyone tell me the mechanics?
Like if you're pregnant and you're running do you need to hold onto your stomach or does everything stay in place more of less like a spare tire?
Never having tried this myself, I was wondering to what extent the pregnancy affects your movement? Anyone got any insight?
